Tempered glass is produced by exposing ordinary glass to heat shock. such heat shock creates a high pressure stress on the glass surface, increasing heat and mechanical strength of the glass. This type of glasses is four times more resistant than ordinary glasses with similar characteristics, to mechanical loads, Stroke, and thermal stresses. This glass is broken into very small non-cutting pieces so that it may not cause any injury due to glass breaking.
Because of its more resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses, today tempered glasses are used in all building including the facade and internal spaces as single-layer, laminated or double-glazed glasses.

Production capabilities and Abilities:
Using several horizontal furnaces, Shargh Safety Glass Co, can temper various simple float glasses, colored glasses, reflective glasses, and spandrel glasses with different thicknesses. In addition, this company is equipped with a convection furnace ( technology 2015 ), it is able to temper a range of coated glasses with a hard chemical coating and soft coating, while maintaining their chemical coating, properties and performance. This company also can produce flat and bent tempered glasses.
Maximum size of flat tempered glass is : 〖300〗^cm× 〖600〗^cm
Maximum size of curve tempered glass is : 〖300〗^cm× 〖320〗^cm
